Looking ahead to 2006

I should finish some reviews I started but eh, I just don't feel like it.

These books are possibilities for 2006. Some are books I want and some are books I'm considering. Some of these I picked for the cover alone :) (big surprise) but some of the covers suck (Lion's Daughter (a reprint), Lord Perfect). When I looked at all these covers together I could find no rhyme or reason to them. I'm all over the ballpark in tastes.

I am looking forward to some of the same books you are, Renee, but mostly I'm envious that you can upload covers without swearing.

Did you read Hunter's Lord of Sin? I have it, haven't read it yet.

hmmm there are 11 here I don't want, you have good taste ;)

ohhhh The Switch! I want, even though I own the ebook and the EC print. Diane Whiteside said something like... she tried to add enough to make the cost (trade size even!) worth it to the reader.

Now I have no clue if she did or not, yet ;), but just the fact she tried makes me happy and want to buy her books.

Some I'm interested in, some I'm not. :-)

oh...that reminds me that I need to take my ARC of Shadow Touch with me so I can read it.

Megan - I haven't read Lord of Sin 'cuz the AAR review didn't look too good (gave it a C+). Let us know if you like it.

Sybil - DW writes very erotic so if she's packed a bunch of stuff in The Switch, I'm there.

Nicole - yeah, I'm going to wait til I see reviews on some of these. BTW, we expect some feedback on Shadow Touch.

Kristie - Sybil says that Summer Breeze is a historical and a sequel to Keegan's Lady. Her contemporaries are getting to sappy for me.

CindyS - My reaction exactly. Time for bed for me too.

Why, why do they give Loretta Chase covers like these? They are simply awful!

On another note, I'm looking forward to many of the same books too.

Alyssa - yeah, did you see the facial expression on the guy on the Lord Perfect cover. Creepy. I'm also not a fan of guys with flowing shirts open to the waist.

Have a very Merry Christmas and I hope you got everything done and some sleep Christmas eve night.

Wow, I haven't touched my blog in over 6 years and I'm still logged in!  Good thing because I have no idea what my password is.  In ...
