Most of the reviews I have seen say it is "action-packed". Wow, what an understatement! I try to read an hour before bed but once I pick this up I don't stop reading till my eyes start to droop a couple hours later. I love both the H/H and the sci-fi setting. It's hard to find a good sci-fi romance these days but this one fills the bill nicely.

Wasn't this one great?? I wasn't really expecting much when I started reading it - but it's been a while since I've read a good futuristic and Beyond the Rain was SUCH a wonderful surprise. I love when a new author writes such a great book that you want to follow her and read more books of said new author.

Kristie: This one was a surprise for me too. I really loved it. This author has potential and I really want more from her.
